The "restaurant scheduling" apps didn't understand occupancy-based staffing. The enterprise systems required six-month implementations and IT teams we didn't have. And spreadsheets—well, we've all been there at 2am trying to figure out why the formulas broke.
So we built HotelTools.AI. Not because we wanted to start a software company, but because we needed a tool that worked the way hotels actually operate—with occupancy forecasts, banquet events, seniority rules, and CBA requirements baked in from day one.
