We Built What We Couldn't Find

After decades managing full-service hotels, union properties, and multi-property portfolios, we kept running into the same problem: there was no workforce management tool that actually understood hotel operations.

The "restaurant scheduling" apps didn't understand occupancy-based staffing. The enterprise systems required six-month implementations and IT teams we didn't have. And spreadsheets—well, we've all been there at 2am trying to figure out why the formulas broke.
