Pricing is based on your total room count. For multi-property portfolios, we calculate based on total rooms across all properties with volume discounts available.
What happens after Year 1?
Annual subscriptions renew at $2.00/room/month (standard rate) in Year 2 and beyond. Monthly subscribers can switch to annual at any time—setup fees are credited.
